MOTLEY MANCHESTER AND ROKU GIN LAUNCH JAPANESE SPRING TERRACE!

Launching today, MOTLEY Manchester has teamed up with House of Suntory’s Roku Gin to create the ultimate Japanese Spring Terrace at YOTEL Manchester Deansgate’s stylish bar and restaurant, open just in time for the Easter weekend.

The partnership will see a specially curated menu of delicious spring cocktails from Roku Gin, as well as other spirits from The House of Suntory, to enjoy on MOTLEY’s Japanese garden inspired terrace, complete with beautiful pink Sakura blossom trees, bamboo plants, moss wall art and plush outdoor seating.

Don’t miss out - book now at www.motleymanchester.co.uk

Located on the ground floor of YOTEL Manchester Deansgate, MOTLEY and Roku will serve up an array of Japanese cocktails that showcase Roku’s distinctive flavour, resulting from its six different botanicals harnessed at the peak of their season.  The Japanese Spring Terrace will also provide an opportunity for guests to try other spirits from House of Suntory’s portfolio; Haku vodka, and Toki whisky cocktails, encouraging guests to enjoy Manchester’s light nights and spring sunshine.

Whether stopping in for a post-work cocktail or making the most of Sunday sunshine, guests can sip on an array of cocktails - from a Samurai Spritz made with ROKU Gin, Aperol, and Prosecco or Yabai, made with Haku Vodka, Yuzu, Sake, Mandarin Syrup and Ginger Beer. Or keep things sophisticated with a Toki-o Old Fashioned, featuring Toki Whisky, Orgeat Syrup, Bitters and served on the rocks with an orange twist.

Guests can sip on cocktails from House of Suntory brands, surrounded by beautiful Sakura blossom trees, bamboo plants, Instagrammable installations and a stunning moss wall mosaic.

Ewelina Bastian, F&B Director at MOTLEY said, “We’re so excited to partner with House of Suntory for our Spring Terrace at MOTLEY. We hope the terrace’s stunning Japanese inspired drinks and decor will bring a moment of tranquillity to Mancunians in the city centre and be an ideal spot to meet up with friends as the weather starts to get warmer.
